Service description
Foundation First TX provides educational content and a way to request an estimate / inspection or connect with a qualified local professional for foundation concerns in Pearland and Southeast Houston (Greater Houston metro focus). The site generates and routes inquiries to participating independent service providers.
Not the contractor of record
Foundation First TX / The Capitol Fund is not your foundation contractor. We do not perform inspection, engineering, repair, leveling, drainage work, or warranty service. The independent provider that receives your request is the contractor of record and handles inspection/diagnosis, estimate, customer agreement, payment, work, warranties, and callbacks.
Any contract, payment, or warranty is solely between you and that provider. Do not treat site content as a bid, scope of work, or engineering opinion.
No unsupported claims
We do not guarantee response times, pricing, financing approval, availability (including emergency), licenses belonging to this brand, Google Business Profile eligibility for a lead-gen company, reviews we did not earn, or workmanship of third-party providers. Educational cost ranges are research aids—not quotes.
Accurate information and consent
You agree to provide accurate contact and property information and only submit requests for properties you are authorized to discuss. By submitting a form or consenting to contact, you agree we may share your inquiry with a participating provider for follow-up and that you may be contacted by phone, email, or text as described in the Privacy Policy.
Geographic scope
Launch focus is Greater Houston only (Pearland and nearby SE Houston cities already on this site). City pages such as Friendswood, Alvin, Manvel, Sugar Land, and Missouri City are Houston-metro local pages—not statewide or nationwide expansion.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and materials are owned by The Capitol Fund / Foundation First TX unless otherwise noted. You may not scrape, copy for competing lead-gen use, or misrepresent affiliation without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foundation First TX and The Capitol Fund are not liable for provider workmanship, property damage arising from third-party services, or decisions you make based on educational content. Site use is at your own risk. Texas law governs these terms where applicable.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when a counsel-reviewed production version is published. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
